If we don't see a drill plan or a private placement in the next 2 weeks I am assuming this thing is a done deal.

Wrong!

I am 100% sure that TECK will back in 75% since they have to pay only 1/20 of the real price for it. If they don't want it (or any other reason) they can sell it and still make a huge profit.

So in that case Teck will have to pay around $300 M to CUU and that money could be used for further drillings and other expansions on our own properties. We don't have to start drilling until we see what Teck will buy and after that we will have plenty of time and money for the next mission.

IMO, for now, there will be no drilling and no PP for this purpose.
