Teck Not backing in -I can see that. But walking away from the deposit?

If they don't back in and don't buy us out they just walk away from money , and a property they already own(ed). No company does that.That is Grade 1 page 2

If they dont want to mine -they buy us out -and sit on it or sell it

Can someone help me understand why on earth Teck would walk away.
