Look at the history of Teck. You don't see reams of litigation over deposits. They are pushy and do try to keep an upper hand on labour but very little legal action with partners. One wasted year would impact their supply so I think they are as eager as we are.

In contracts they usually have a shot gun clause. Our only dispute would arise from price. Even if the district is split the worst case is we end up with land and a contract.
