The fact that Teck didn't back in is telling. They are cooperating with us because the insiders could refuse any price. An early back does not stop the drilling. It would complicate things and cost time on the final agreement. So Teck wants us to make this cost a lot more because it's cheaper than attempting a total buy out that might fail and make the final deposit worth that much more to them.
