I think you could be right about a hostile take over.For those who had shares over 2 I think this is no good deal .This company will be sold at low price i guess as well though it has a lot of potention in it .Those who have the money to devellop their reserves and all the rest will have a super deal.

I didn't like DG as well but leaving now is worser then he had stayed for a while.It's unbelievable what that guy has made for all the 2 companies he had so far.PDP sold for peanuts and now probably CLL as well.It's only hoping we get some of a decent price hopefully between 1.5 and 2 somewhere.After all they have a lot of assets containing a lot of bitumen reserves ,light oil ,a refinery etc..

The reaction on the share price is not much .
