Why is it great news? IMHO a hostile take over is in progress, DG was forced out and the company will be sold at far lower than it's worth.. So I guess if you loaded up low and are looking for a quick flip then yes it's a good morning because all resistance to a fire sale is gone. I'm willing to bet that the company will be sold soon at a very low price and only those that bought below .75 will be happy.Those of us that have held shares since almost the beginning aren't to pleased with the prospect of the company being given away for nothing..I wouldn't be surprised if they try and force a sale prior to earnings being released and reserve report due mid Feb to make sure they get an even lower price...
