Hi MarlboroDog:

The EUB gave approval for Connacher to build a new well pad at POD 1 to replace the poorly performing North wellpad. So Connacher can build this new well pad whenever they want to except they are not spending any more money on development of any kind until the JV situation has been dealt with. Connacher still awaits EUB approval on the expansion project.
