Don't even bother..THE PRESIDENT doesn't like CLL and never has..If you look at his post history over the las 2-3 years they're consistently negative and undervalue company worth. I'd argue the fact that someone so negative being president of the message board is the main reason nobody posts here.I don't even know if CLL will be bought but IMO starting price would be book value not including reserves or $1.15.. Saying it would be hard for someone paying 1.4 billion for CLL to make money is PURE BS..With current production hovering around 15k and annual sales of around $850 million there's plenty of cash to be made. CLL is making a small profit as is so any buyer wouldn't be paying the 65 + million in interest..

IMHO people are reading TOO MUCH into sp stopping at a buck..I'd say that insiders knew the offer would be rejected so they pulled back took their profits and are currently keeping price in a holding pattern,,
