Marlboro
I never mentioned DG? He's got no control over what happens to the company in the open market, the board does.
"carefully orchestrated maneuvering"
WHO YOU TRYING TO KID? that's a fancy way of saying manipulated...
Nobody will know at this point what the offer was simply because I believe negotiations are still under way..
Accumulation is rising today as players know that CLL is still in play.. So far CLL is holding above .75 which if support kicks in may be the new floor..Lot's of people still want to get on board to see how the offers play out as even a buck would be a good profit if bought now at .75..
Anyone notice that Eric Nuttal was on BNN last night and dropped his buyout target from $1.55 ( he still held about 11 million shares at that point) to 1-1.20.. NOW IF YOU really paid attention they showed that neither he nor anyone associated with him had a position. That would indicated he pumped and dumped those 11 million shares probably as close to a buck as he could. He goes on BNN with no position and downplays value,,IMO he's looking to load up again for the next offer announcement.
If some recent sales are used as a template then CLL would be sold at book value..That would yield about $1.15 a share after debt is considered.
IMHO $1.15 is the fire sale price,,probably is also the starting point.
