If it's actually going to be sold then the recent going rate has been shareholder equity and assuming debt..If you add about 38 million from recent sales CLL has about 515 total shareholder equity..So IMHO if the sale is for strict shareholder equity buyout would yeild about $1.17..Adding a premium for proven reserves who knows what';s fair..
