Ok, let say it is good news. some one wants to buy CLL with 1B debtm, enterprise value at today's sp is about 1.3B. That means 450m for shareholders.

DIck missed his goldern opportunity to sell PDP when cll share were about 250 million and diversify on sweet oil with that many, instead he sold pdp at .80cens instead of 25 and aggressively focused on oilsands , expensive and diluted value and at the same time burdened share holders with debt.

So where can be the good news with cll
