Little harsh don't you think..CLL has indeed failed to meet production levels but has also had extremely bad luck in timing and has now had 2 bear raids on it within the last 2 years. Imagine where we'd be had the 2008 collapse not occured..Shorts knocked it down to .62 from over $4.00..Now CLL had all that cash on hand but wanted to save it for expansion so they chose to issue 220 million shares at a ridiculously low price to cover operating costs..They also scaled back POD1 production and the POD has never produced properly since..BOTH mistakes IMO but hindsight is 20/20... Now we get production increasing and we get another crash...
