Japan is the 3rd largest oil consumer which is why oil is down.Yes you're very correct about commodity boom as rebuilding starts..However massive Saudi demonstrations today offset that..I'm thinking todays boost was in anticipation of SHTF over the weekend in Saudi Arabia..Also I believe CLL earnings are coming out soon..
