Sharky:

the announcement of management changes is meaningless. The same individuals are still number 1 and number 2. The titles changed but the the relative power has not. Gusella, regardless of titles, is who calls the shots and who Samick reports to. As of now, Samick undoubtedly has the inside track to get Gusellas job when Gusella retires. But. even that is not assured!
