I have to admit I mentioned the same discouraging details in the report.

On the other hand I have to mention that CLL SP behaved pretty strong in last weeks.
The notion that many parties contacted them in terms of participation in their projects probably
kept its SP higher when many other oil plays were down.
The report is not bad, but it's not great. The market overall is pretty volatile recently and shareholders can
expect strange moves.
To my mind, this report just added a little bit of strength to the perception of the company.Just emotionally.Numbers do not support this idea in full.
At least, it wasn't a disappointment like previous report, hence most likely we will continue the uptrend.
With possible back and forth moves.
This thing has now the attention of the media and potential buyers.

What about this text.

Recently, we have been approached by a number ofparties interested in securing participation with us in either the existingassets, our planned Algar expansion or new projects, so this also remains a potential source of future funding for Connacher. These alternatives will be critically evaluated and only pursued if it is apparent our return on capital could be improved and our operational flexibility and growth profile would not be compromised. Having a 100 percent working interest contributes to a higher level of efficiency.

This approach is far better than further dilution via more shares or more debt.

Investors look always towards the future and latest report is what many expected but it's not so bad so all by all not something to be pessimistic for the future.I think with steaming starting in days to come the trend towards it's latest top could be a fact during the weeks ahead if we get no bad news from countries in Europe.
