The budget myth...is the budget $360 or $375 M. My thought was the budget was 360 with a 15 M contingency. Therefore if they are under budget, not including sunk or interest costs, it should be under $360. I think costs should come in at about$345 M, simply because of cost reductions throughout the oilsands during this construction period.
