It was my experience that a high percentage of projects which went over time, also went over budget. Maybe, the fact that they came in slightly ahead of schedule, is a sign of a reasonable chance they were under budget, Let us hope so and also all goes according to or better than plan, with no undue, unpleasant surprises!!
