The Sp is reflective of the confidence in CLL cash flow, whether that be negative or positive confidence. The underlying assets are worth more right now then the market value of the SP. When confidence picks up so will the SP. Factors relating to the positive side have been limited the past year or so, thus making the SP undervalued relative to its assets.
