Scott,I agree save for $100/bbl,even $150/bbl has already proven to be less than an incentive save for a few such as South Africa,as you pointed out,it would seem that there are just to many who dream of $30-40/bbl, no IMHO a sustained $150-200/bbl will be the kick in the pants to get alternatives on stream,yes the economy will take a hit but Oil-Ng will still escalate "SUPPLY" the lack of will be the catalyst,
