Scotia Capital upgraded the price targets for the Canadian energy sector based on the their commodity outlook for 2010.

Some of the new targets:

CLL ..........$1.6 (from $1.25) based on 0.6 X the risked adjusted NAVPS

Nexen........$29 (from 27) 0.9 X risked adjusted NAVPS

PDP............$1.25

Suncor ........$44 (from 38) 1 X risked adjusted NAVPS

UTS .......$2.75
