IMHO Reuters is doing the bidding of the MMs (market mannipulators)how many times does one read say the report on inventory of Oil put out by USA government department one day only to see a retraction the next day stating a decimal point was innaccuratly placed.Institutions have traders whose mandate is to trade all day but they must not carry any shares overnight??
