While I know you would rather hear only the positives about CLL there is definate rationale as to why others aren't quite so positive abeit maybe reinforced a little too often for some.

As far as the markets in general are concerned your quest in your post for facts seems a little exuberant considering that if you follow the markets at all then you would know that there are bears and bulls in any market. Just pick up any newspaper or watch any news channel including BNN and you will see many analysts who are predicting the show is not over yet.
