1. Two and a half years ago Connacher did the financing on Pod 1! They under capitalized. Result? Panic when the markets crashed because they were under capitalized. Result? Major refinancing to remediate poor engineering on Pod 1 and reinstatement and additional borrowing for completion of Algar!
2. Result? A cratering of SP from $4.00 to fifty cents. Remediation? Major refinancing resulting in a doubling of shares and an SP reduced by 60% +. Along with placing the stock directly in the hands of major brokerage houses. Otherrwise known as manipulators.
3. And there are still those here whom call this effective Management??
