The premise of Connacher was good. However, the execution was and remains highly dubious and flawed. Management was not diligent in their planning and adequate contingency planning in case the situation evolved less than optimally. At the end of the day, there is really only one individual to hold accountable for the poor performance of Connacher. And that individual admits to no shortcomings. I am fed up with the p*** poor performance and the constant inability to change modus operandi to a more diligent, efficacious and responsible format. A lot of investor money has been frittered away by reckless irresponsible management. Meanwhile other similar operations which were also start ups have prospered with resultant significantly appreciating share price. Superior management does make all the difference. The inverse is also true!
