Peak Oil Theory, whether fact or fiction is purely irrelevant at this point. What really counts is how successful the environmentalists are at shutting down exploration and production.It's all about supply and demand.. Whether it's the EnviroNazis and their carbon taxes and curtails on all things oil, the lack of easily accessible oil or just the greed of OPEC and the oil companies cutting production, the supply will be going down and the prices will keep going up.
