I had kind of assumed if Algar or more production at GD didn't get moving, unfortunately we might need some of the $175M to help with principal payments on debt. Or at least to keep set aside as a fallback position. I believe I read somewhere that in fact just having the $175M would make it more feasible to acquire the additional necessary debt for Algar (or whatever). But then WTFDIK.
