Rebels:
I am not singling CLL out. You are quite right that many companies have had rough sledding in the past eight months. It is simply that Connacher is the stock that most of of us here are invested in. It is, based on recent events, very logical for those invested in Connacher to have concerns with the massive dilution we are experiencing. Particularly, considering the sparsity of information which we are receiving. For instance, what are the plans which justify such an enormous diution? What will be the assets resulting from the dilution? If it is only that which was already planned, namely, the addition of Algar at maybe some undefined point in the future, is that enough to justify such dilution? After all, we are experiencing a dimunition of value in our shares of better than 2.5 times.
Accordiingly, I do not believe my questions are out of line. Indeed, I am amazed that more investors in Connacher are not asking similar questions.
