Can shareholders reject this dilution like in HBM's case?

If this deal is so bad that it dilute so much - can we as shareholders apply to TSX to block this? Just like Hudbay Minerals holder revolted against the mgmt a couple of months ago?

Also, maybe its time for MGMT to take a paycut?!?!?!
