What do you think a class action lawsuit will achieve? Perhaps you are keen to push the SP down even further. WOW serves management right (ouch) they deserve it. Meantime Dick G (alias Dick Turpin) and the rest of the A team still get their moolar and free stock any time they decide to vote for it and now they have the cash to fund it.
