Thanks Scott, but the news release states the following:

The filing of the Terms of Reference is the first step in the process of submitting an Environmental Impact Assessment (“EIA”) for the Great Divide SAGD Expansion Project, as directed by Alberta Environment.

This makes me think that the EIA has not yet been submitted. The filing of the EIA will be a big deal, but I don't think they have done it quite yet. Nevertheless, I am glad they are working on it, as approvals take forever now, and the sooner they can get it in, the better.
