Connacher released a Press Release on March 10, 2009 entitled:

Connacher Oil And Gas Limited Submits Terms OF Reference For The Expansion Of It's Great Divide SAGD Oil Sands Projects To 44,000 BBL/D

Two additional documents are availalbe on Connacher's website under the heading About Us and continuing under Corporate Certificates which are the submissions which Connacher prepared for the EIA expansion entitled:

As I recall there was no mention made as to the EIA expansion application in the conference call today. The application was submitted in March and now we wait.
