Sharky; Connacher is just putting its ducks in a row so to speak by filing the EIA application now. When permission is granted in 2011, this does not mean that Connacher must start the expansion building immediately. They will start the expansion when they get around to it and its the right time to do it. The worse thing in the world for Connacher to do would be to wait until they have the funds, and the economy is the perfect time to start with the expansion, and " Hey? guess what guys? We forgot to file the application for the expansion so lets sit around and wait for two more years." No, Richard Gusella and his team of professionals are just being prudent operators.
