As I understand Bitumen Viscosity & adding Diluent for later separation & recovery- (Naptha typ.), there would be no problem with standard Liquid Bulk Tank Cars. As we know, CLL Dilute already to meet Pipeline Spec.....Heating to "break" the Viscosity wud not be needed.
