A recent report predicted $70 oil this fall.

Oil has based and will head back towards its 200dma.

Obama's administration is cracking down on lax coal standards.

The swine flu has put a slight damper on things; that will pass.

As SP's move up, the optimal window of opportunity for OS purchases will pass.

The rail transportation idea (vs. pipeline) is sounding pretty good.

Things are looking up.
