I have to take the blame for the confusion.

No, I do not smoke ... but I like sipping.

Getting on the subject, I would make small correction to your (XBB) statement.

In 2009 CLL will be able to meet their operating expenses and interest payments by using the reminder of the $600 million loan.

In 2010 without Algar contributing to the cash flow and oil in the $40 to $50 range this may not be possible without extra cash injection (equtiy, partnership, new loan, etc).

Can anybody please push the Oil price to $65 so we can go on with our lives?
