Rebels - Happy that you weren't making fun of Jurek's English ........

but you still do not seem to understand his point !

He is talking about CLL being acquired by another company as CLL is in a financial bind.

You are talking about CLL acquiring some other undervalued company

" it may be a better choice for CLL to use the cash on hand for Algar to snatch up another company"

CLL is not in a position to buy anything - all of their cash on hand is already required to meet expenses. CLL is virtually bankrupt and will not be able to meet their operating expenses and interest payments if the price of oil doesn't move up to a profitable level.
