It's indeed addictive but gives a good feeling after all.I did a lot of sporting during my lifetime but running I like it the lmost.Besides that I do skating,biking and fishing with my boat on the North Sea.I guess fishing in Canada must be great with the huge landscape etc.If I would living there hunting was also something I would like.

Yes Spiders numbers are in line with yours and nice spreadsheet.I also have the feeling that we will stay in the range you said with sometimes an overshooting on some news or events.In fact the latest spike to 5.25 was with the help of Credit Suisse who bought a lot that time.

But like Spider said in his last postings "credibility" will also becoming some important thing.Also we may not forget that IMO, MRC will give better # this time and next Q's to come due to lower oil price.I can't believe oil will go for a new high but either staying in a broader range thus IMO not so bad for MRC then.

So MRC could give some higher sp together with POD 1 and conventional.In a good market condition sp could go to 5 at 5.25 again but not higher I think.Then the pressure from the shorts wil increase to block off.
