Hi sharky.

Congratulation. 21 km is a big physical and mental challenge. Good for you. After completing my triathlon I keep running 5 km twice a week. It is so addictive.

I just open my computer after two day of shut down. I am babysitting my 2 years old granddaughter. She has way too much energy. Parents are in the hospital and bringing back home my new grandson Lucas. It is nice to see a new generation growing.
