I'm thinking it's some kind of technical rebound .If we can smash 4 we can go to around 4.4 .Look to chart .
StockedonTa continues to see CLL.TO as a neutral pick. Although volume is looking better the overall chart is not bullish. Heavy selling pressure appeared at $4. Take note of that going forward. The gap in the shaded area is yet to be filled. A close above the $4 level would help add some optimism going forward. Macd looking a bit better after today.
