Algar approval?

Anybody know what is causing the run up today? $4.53 rt. (Not that I'm complaining) If its Algar approval its early! Maybe financials? We know they'll be phenominal. Buyout offer? Or maybe people are finally coming to their senses and realize it is extremely undervalued!!!
