Lynn:
I am not saying Connacher is partiularly being maniulated today. However, in all honesty and candor, one cannot deny that Connacher has a history of being maniulated.
As examles, I would cite when Connacher late in the day was driven up over $6.00 and then massively shorted in After Hours. Or about six months ago when the SP sold off to the $2.50 level down about 35 cents or in excess of 10%, only to rebound quickly. All on no news or even discernible rumor.
Though I understand that some do not agree with my feeling that historically, Connacher at times has exhibited obvious signs of manipulation for purposes of illicit gain, empirical evidnce would suggest strongly suggest otherwise.
No particular point, other than the recognion of what some would agree is an historical fact. All we retail investors can do is try to outguess the market (tough to do when not in posesssion of the most recent news or frequently rumor on a minute to minute basis) or buy wisely and hold.
