I'm not sure that matters. I think it's a wash because they would adjust any USD payments up or down to compensate for the exchange rate. That's just a guess on my part though.

The other thing is I believe loan payments to the US bank are worth more when the US dollar is low, so I think that will work in Connacher's favor but I don't know how to quantify it.

Off topic --- don't read further --- to Sharky: Was just speaking with a coworker who has two mortgage payments. Due to Bernanke's comments he hopes people will believe the bottom is in and start buying again before prices head back up. Any replies to this subject please post in other forum.
