I think CLL has the water issue handled very well. Approval for Algar would come at a good time for Alberta. By the time construction is finished and POD 2 is producing Royalties will be up because of new rates and if the Barrel stays above $100 rates will bring in good cash for Ab. My guess and its just a guess will be end of June, maybe after Calgary Petroleum show.
