Congrats are not in order yet. Algar approval, PDP up and production north of 9000 bbl/day consistently will send stock above $5.00. Shorts who sold under $4.00 will cover, debentures may be turned in for shares and sold so $5.00 will be a thresold for shorts to cover and some longs to take what they made and get out. $5.00 will be interesting. Over $5.00 and I mean around $5.75 - $6.00 then congrats may be in order. But so far so good......
