 I never said my accountant neice suggested anything, my post said,

"As far as I'm concerned the loan for accounting purposes is neutral, I've contacted my genius accountant niece to confirm my above post."

I'd have to go back and look into the royalties issue..if I'm not mistaken royalties are deferred until AFTER a company recoups their capitol investment costs. If this is the case then royalties aren't due on the $600 million for a long time.
