(NYSE: CLF) (Paris: CLF) announced that effective Jan. 1, 2011, the Company's Legal Department has been realigned to better support the Company's growth. Under the new structure, Cliffs' day-to-day legal affairs will be managed under a dual general counsel structure to ensure appropriate support for Cliffs' global operations as well as its board and corporate functions.
