I agree on KWG - it is now my longest held stock (since Spider went). I have a lot of shares in KWG and have made a nice profit. I refuse to sell now because even if Cliffs comes in with a basement level offer, I think it has to be at least a double based on Spider's buyout.

With the Railroad rights and at least 2 stock evaluations I would think the minimum bid should be more like $.30 but we will have to see where Cliffs start the game at.

What are your thoughts on when Cliff may make the first jump in?? I assume building a railroad to the ROF will not be a short term project and they would want to start that sooner then later.
