in trying to get SPQ. They continue to make it a fight as they nichel and dime us to death with their offers. Now they have even considered selling KWG shares in the open ,aket to reduce their holding (not likely-more like decrease the SP of KWG so that their emabarring offer looks better).

Won't work -Still voting merger and now will hold on longer then if they had made a fair and reasonable offer up front.
