Capital Gains -FWR

I have my cliffs shares in my account with RBC Direct Inv.
They show the market value of the Cliffs shares but are showing my original FWR purchase cost as the Base.
Does this mean I do not have to claim any capital gains until I sell Cliffs or do I have to claim all of it now...
