As Gameisover likes to refer to items in the 10K filing, I as well like to refer to the 10K filing and as long as Cardiogenics includes a reference to naked shorting of their stock I am intitled to refer to it as a reminder to why i first got involved in this stock.

Court rulings have been wrong before, as against Overstock, but perserverence in the end has won out. Overstock has the money to fight the ruling but a little company like Jag Media and a host of others did not have the cash to defend against injustices in the system. There never was a court ruling on whether JagMedia has a naked short or not. However Cardiogenics believes it and states it in their annual 10k every year so be it!
